When I discovered 3 Ravens college and Paul’s approach to the shamanic practise, I’ve found other approaches don’t resonate as strongly as therapeutic shamanism. In saying that, I work regularly with a medicine man/shaman from Colombia and I find it easy to align the teaching of the two – this has helped ground me in the practise, gain different perspectives and reaffirmed my beliefs/knowing!.

In 2024, I stepped out of my comfort zone and began journeying for others I’ve found it has enriched my practice and I gain a lot being part of a community with like minded folk.

I’m trained in herbalism, reiki and lately began working with the fungi people.
